How to work this list. Each card below is one of your first-10 / first-50 testers who hasn't yet been pinged to forward their referral code. Rows tagged ✓ Shipped are ready to ping today; rows tagged 📦 Not yet shipped still need product first — adapt the message accordingly (or hold off until shipping is confirmed).

For each tester: (1) Pick a card design (Black / Red / Red + black) — what you pick is what gets downloaded. (2) Download the card as PNG — the code is baked into the image. (3) Open WhatsApp chat with them (deep link below where we have a phone, otherwise open WhatsApp manually). (4) Send the PNG plus one of the suggested messages, asking them to forward the card to someone they think would like ātem.

When you've pinged someone, fill in their Ref. Sent cell in operations/contacts.md with today's date — they'll drop off this list on the next regen.
